About Me

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (MH22320) in an independent private practice in Florida. I see Florida clients in office and virtually. I'm also licensed in the State of Washington (LH60089692) and can provide services through teletherapy. I enjoy working with adults, couples, and families in my practice.

With over 20 years experience in agency and hospital settings, and as a graduate of the Adler School of Professional Psychology specializing in the positive and encouraging therapy of Alfred Adler, I currently work with a diverse and broad spectrum of clients. I also specialize in EMDR treatment. I also use Cognitive Behavioral, Insight-Oriented, Existential, and ACT Therapies in session. Regarding couples counseling, I follow the Gottman Method. I continue to participate in numerous ongoing trainings in order to keep my level of practice at the highest standard.

As an interactive, solution-focused therapist, my therapeutic approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. I will integrate complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to your needs.
